The deck of the Head PP-40¡¨ is made out of one of the most durable materials available to bodyboarders. Cross-link is a very compact yet very dense material that will make your board last for a long time. Its ability to not absorb water is what makes it so great. With a feature like this your board will be very durable.
The core is made out of Polypropylene (PP) and is 50 mm. PP is the newest of core materials to hit the market. It is the best of cores available as well. It is a very springy, light and strong material. As the saying goes, ¡§You get what you pay for,¡¨ it holds true with the PP material. It is more expensive than PE but will hold up longer and is an overall better material.
The bottom skin is made out of Surlyn. Surlyn was created by DuPont. It is the same thing that covers the outside of a golf ball¡Xso you know it is slick. This material helps give you maximum projection and speed.
The Head PP-40¡¨ is offered in a bat tail. This plus all of the other great features will ensure you that you will get the absolute best performance for your money.
